I've spent most of my life with my hands covered in either grease or guitar strings.

By day, I was under the hood—diagnosing misfires, replacing transmissions, figuring out why someone's check engine light wouldn't quit. By night, I was on stage—cranking amps, sweating through soundchecks, living for that moment when the crowd actually gets it.

Two completely different worlds, right?

Except they're not.

Both require skill. Both demand patience. Both attract people who'd rather do than talk about doing. And both get completely misunderstood by everyone who's never held a wrench or played a power chord.

That's why Lucky Spark exists.

The Problem I Got Sick Of

Walk into any store and you'll find mechanic shirts that feel like they were designed by someone who's never touched a toolbox. Generic clipart. Cheesy slogans. Designs that scream "I Googled 'mechanic shirt' and picked the first result."

Same thing with musician apparel. Either it's overpriced band merch or it's some corporate idea of what a "rocker" looks like.

I got tired of it.

I wanted a shirt that actually got it. Something I'd be proud to wear to a gig or throw on after a long day in the shop. Something that made people laugh because it was true, not because it was trying too hard.

So I started making them myself.
